2O Minutes Fat Burning HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Here is my HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) routine that you can do anywhere!

  1. Push up to front kick through
  2. Blast Off push up
  3. Beast Unloaded Frog Jump
  4. Archer push up
  5. Front and Reverse Burpee
  6. Tiger bend push up
  7. Sidekick through
  8. Decline push up
  9. Kick up (only for fun)

You have to continue each exercise for 30 second and 20 second rest between each exercise. Do at least 4 to 5 rounds and 1 minute rest between each round.
